Workflow Trigger

This includes the name of your flow, the date and time it was created and updated.

Flow Information

You can type the name of your flow here.

Create your workflow trigger name here.

Click here to search for your workflow type.

Choose New Incoming Chat Conversation.

Choose your chatbot inbox name.

Always choose default start step.

Click on add trigger to save the changes.

Click here to start adding your sequence.

This is for the system to check if the contact gathered from inbox is already in the database or not.

Look Up Contact

This is to add more fields that the system should lookup to see if the contact matches what is on database.

Click on Add Field

This is where to add the details you need to be looked up. Click the red hyphen to delete any.

This is for you to choose if you want the exact contact detail match (And) or just any of them (or) .

Logic Operatorr

This is where to choose the next steps after the contact details matched in the database.

Action to take when contact matched.

Choose this option to make sure that the new information will only add up to the old existing contact from the database.

Merge Existing Contact

This is an optional step in case you wish to organize the contacts you gather on a Pipeline.

Create a Pipeline

This is where to set which Pipeline to put the contacts in.

This is to choose who should the contacts be assigned to.

Who Should This Be Assigned To

This is to choose what should be the name that will reflect on the Pipeline lane.

Name

This is where to choose the status of the pipeline item as soon as the contact is saved.

Status

This is where to choose which column or lane you wanted the contact to be added.

Column

This is to choose what category should the contact be in the Pipeline.

Due Date

This is to set which opportunity in the Pipeline the contact should be assigned to.

Opportunity

This is where to choose a color coding for your Pipeline list.

Color

This is where to put anything you wanted as a description to your Pipeline.

Description

Turn this on if you wish to share the Pipeline information

Team Visibility

This is where you can set to add a tag to the contact stored from the inbox conversation.

Add Tag

You can choose Add, Remove or Remove All Tags from here.

Tag Options

Choose the tag name from here or type a new one on the textbox.

Tag Name

When you hit the dropdown arrow, all tags created will show. If your tag choice is there, you can just pick it on the pool of tag names.

Always hit save for any changes you make.

Save

Once done, connect the dot of the last sequence to Deactivate Contact from Flow to stop the flow.

Deactivate Contact From Flow

Click Save

This is where you cancel the flow if you need to change anything, save as draft if you need to edit and continue building it at a later time, or publish if the flow is ready.
