When do you want the bot to use this skill?

You can enable or disable this. Enabling it means letting the customer know that the conversation is being transferred over to a live person.

Send Confirmation

This is a confirmation message you can set on your chatbot to say when the customer requested to be transferred to a live agent.

This is were you set the list of topic that the chatbot will not answer.

When the negative topic skill is triggered, you can set a tag that you can use as an automation trigger.

This is to enable a human rollover skill if you wish to transfer the customer over to a live person when asking for a negative topic you set not to answer.
