Voice Mail

This is used for customer satisfaction and to assess their level of experience from the call. You can modify the audio, message, and AI voice from here. You can also set a score option from 1 and above.

Rate Your Experience

This is used for call waiting purposes where you can play a recording or music or an AI voice message instead.

Play Recording

This is used to grab a digit or the customer's number for the call. You can also set a time out and number of retries. You can modify the audio, message, and AI voice from here.

Capture Digit

If your company has a directory, you can add this to your flow. The caller can request a transfer to the right department through an extension. You can modify the audio, message, and AI voice from here.

Company Directory

You can create multiple choi9ces which set the condition to transfer from here. You can modify the audio, message, and AI voice too including the time out and number of retries.

Before the call is disconnected, you can modify your hung up message from here.

Hang Up

Do-Not-Call list means that the caller requested to opt out from receiving calls. You can modify the audio, message, and AI voice from here before the call is disconnected.
