To go to the game, navigate to the sidebar and click 'Challenges'.

You'll start a fictional organization like a school, hospital or restaurant that you need to keep healthy during the game.You do this by answering questions correctly. This generates revenue and improves your public image. Every wrong answer will cost you revenue and diminish your image.

To finish this week's challenge, you'll now answer some questions (this week there are 7). The challenge takes no more than 3 minutes to finish.
