Here's how to use the 'Send Email' sequence inside NexLvL CRM

Send Email

This will be the subject of your email.

Subject

This is what will reflect as the sender of the email.

Sender Name

This is where to set your sender email address. We recommend the default email but you can also set a different email address by choosing custom email.

Sender Email Address

Click the box if you want the "Contact Email" as the sender

This is to set the recipient of the email.

This is the default contact email.

Contact Email (Default)

This is the contact's email that you can collect for shipping, office, home, school.

If none of the above suits your preference, you can select this and manually add the email you prefer.

Custom Email

If the recipient is a team user, you can use their user log in email.

This is where to set the carbon copy recipient for the email.

BCC:

Where to specifically mention the name of the recipient.

Reply To Name

Where to specifically mention the email of the recipient.

Click this box if your intention is to send a marketing email.
