This is how to set a feedback from phone experience inside NexLvL CRM.

Set Rate Experience

Click Phone

Drag "Rate Experience" from the highlighted elements.

You can choose text-to-speech, no recording, add a pre recorded file or the default message after a beat recording.

For text -to-speech, there's an option to type your text and preview it through the play button.

You can also choose to play an AI voice from the list of options that we have here.

The number of retries the caller can do to proceed.

This allows you to set the seconds to replay the audio message after retries or timeout.

Set your rating options here from minimum of 1 and above.

If the selected number is invalid, you can modify the message that will be played to the caller from here.

Then you can choose the AI voice that you wanted to be played in the recording too.

Always click save when you're done.
