Here's where to see the overview of all the messages you receive.

Click on Messages

This is where to check items that are specifically assigned to you which require your attention and action. It may contain emails, or other types of communications and responsibilities that are directly relevant to you.

Click on Mine

It is a comprehensive view of everything in your inbox, including read and unread items, assigned and unassigned items, and any other relevant content.

Click on All

This is where to find specific information, such as important details from previous discussions, specific attachments, or specific dates and times when a conversation occurred.

Search Bar

This is where to view past conversations.

Click Load More Conversations

This is to filter messages by categories like Open, Pending, Snooze or All.

Click on the Dropdown Arrow

When you click a certain message from your inbox, this is where you'll see the overview of the entire conversation.

This is where to see the domains enabled for receiving inboxes.

Click on Inboxes

This is the overview analytics of your entire inbox.

Click on Reports

Where to see the open, unattended, or unassigned messages.

This is where to check which agent has an open or unattended conversations.

Conversations by Agents

The agent's name and the inbox assigned to them. You can also see your Chatbot name here.

This is where to view canned responses, team inboxes and labelled inboxes.

This is where to choose a specific contact email from the database.
