This is a walkthrough on to create your team member/user's Nexlvl CRM log in access.

Create User or Member Login

This is what you will see on the pop up when you click the 'Create Contact/User' button in your database.

Step 1

This is where all your lead information is stored. This is where you will also add your team information and create a log in for them.

Database

For uploading bulk data in the database, you can click the import button. For individual information, just click create contact/user button.

How to Store Contacts In Database

This is where you will create a login for your team member/user.

Click on Create User

This is where to choose a domain which the user will be connected to. You can choose any from the list if you have multiple domains but most of the time, it's better to just choose 'Current Site'.

Current Site

This is where you will create a username for your team member. A lot of times, if they don't have a preferred one, you can just use their emails.

Username

Fill in all the information needed in this field.

Personal Details

This is only a temporary password. Once the user is created, they will receive an email requiring them to reset their password.

Password

Once they are logged in, they can reset their password in their CRM access' account settings.

You need to choose which system they need to have access. You can add them to an existing system, create a new system or give them the current system access.

System

This will grant them the access to your chosen system for free.

Complementary

This means that the access is a paid access.

Set up Billing for New User

When you click Set Up Billing for New User, a pop up asking for their credit card information and a drop down with a list of paid plan options will apply.
