Raise Service Request

Click here to search for the consumer you wish to raise a service request for.

Locate the consumer's account by entering their specific details.

Familiarize yourself with the consumer's account to cater to their unique needs.

Navigate to the "Service Request" section to highlight the specific requirement.

A service request has been generated successfully. The Backoffice team will now take action.

Here you can see a predefined template to raise service requests.

Click on Tile...

Once all details are entered, click "Submit" to initiate the service request.
