This is how to configure your existing inbox inside NexLvL CRM

Configure My Inbox

Click on Inbox

Click on Inboxes

Click the gear icon for configuration.

This is the main setting of your inbox. You can upload a channel avatar, modify your inbox name, capture your Webhook URL, enable and disable greeting and CSAT or Customer Satisfaction score.

Under collaborator setting is where you can add agents to handle your inbox, enable auto assignment and capture your API token.

Collaborators

On business hours setting is where you can capture your API token for sharing and also modify your default business hour availability.

The last configurator will be for developer access. This is where your identifier option and API token is available.
