These are two ways to send a message individually apart from using a flow inside NexLvL CRM.

Send Messages individually

Click on Database

Click the name of the client you wish to message.

If an inbox is already created for SMS, it will automatically open the SMS inbox for you to compose the message.

If you don't have an SMS Inbox created yet, click the 'Create A SMS Inbox' button.

You can also click this icon for sending email.

Another option is to go to Inbox and go to 'Send Message' tab.

Once you completed your message content, just click send.
