Delete Profiles in Bulk

Click on Uploads in the KYC Protect Menu

Download our template to ensure your file is formatted correctly

The template will contain all available columns; review the user guide for a detailed explanation of each column

<ul><li>Set category as ProfileDelete</li></ul>

<ul><li>Add a profile identifier for the profile to be deleted; this can be one of the profile_id, profile_name or internal_id</li></ul>

Once your template is complete, upload the file

Once you have selected your file, click on Upload to start the batch process

When the file has been uploaded successfully and no errors are found, the status will update to Completed

Profiles deleted as part of the upload will now be removed from the profile list
