This is an overview on how to add a collaborator to your inbox inside NexLvL CRM.

Add Collaborator to Inbox

Click on Inbox

Click the gear icon next to your inbox name.

Add the collaborator name here. Alternatively, you can click the dropdown arrow and choose from the team user's list.

You can also enable auto assignment between you and the added collaborators for this particular inbox.

Make sure that you click update once you're done.
