The Dashboard is a crucial tool for managing accounts receivables and offers a comprehensive overview of your risk standing. It enables&nbsp;benchmarking&nbsp;against similar trade accounts in YOUR credit group &amp; the Creditsafe network. It facilitates the&nbsp;identification of risk segments&nbsp;within your A/R ledger, with immediate access to customer &amp; debtor lists. The feature streamlines risk assessment and enables prompt, informed decision-making. Please note: The currency shown in this tutorial may not match your locally configured currency settings.

Welcome to the Dashboard Tab

Welcome to the Dashboard Tab  The Dashboard serves as a crucial tool for managing accounts receivable by offering a comprehensive overview of your risk standing . It provides valuable insights by enabling&nbsp;benchmarking &nbsp;against similar trade accounts within YOUR credit group &amp; the Creditsafe network. It also facilitates the&nbsp; identification of risk segments &nbsp;within your A/R ledger, with immediate access to customer &amp; debtor lists. This feature streamlines the process of assessing risk and enables prompt, informed decision-making. 

Here you are able to identify the last date that your AR data was imported into Ledger Insights.

If you are a member of multiple credit groups, select which group you wish to interact with using the Circle dropdown, the accounts receivable ledger you select will be compared to the chosen group.

View your unique ledger debt age range, ledger currency and score type as well as all the relevant user information in this area of the page. If you ever need to communicate with Creditsafe please always provide your User and Customer information.

The header tabs provide you with the ability to quickly access information, clicking on a tab will open a new pane with distinct functionality and features. Please Note: Some tabs may not be activated by your credit group and therefore may not appear in your interface.

Filter the data you view based on the country you select. Currently Ledger Insights supports 13 Creditsafe home countries where we have comprehensive credit data on record. Countries outside of the Creditsafe homes countries will reflect under the “Other” selection button.

Benchmark how well you are paid using the Age of Debt chart (on the right of the page) against either: Creditsafes' Global Trade Payment Data (shown on the left of the page) OR against how your debtors are paying their trade creditors in your group, by selecting the Credit Circle option from the dropdown.

View your Accounts Receivable Ledger segmented by risk using the Creditsafe International Score (A-E). This allows you to instantaneously identify risk as well as the level of past due. To investigate further click on a value in the grid and the corresponding list of accounts will be displayed on the following page.

Should you require more granular score segmentation, the Local Creditsafe Score bands are displayed in smaller increments (typically increments of 10 for countries with a score from 1 to 100) plotted against the Total Outstanding (monies) range; the aggregated values contained in the table show the total amount owed by all debtors within that range. Click on any value in the table to interrogate the debtors.
