Here's how to set a condition to wait for SMS reply inside NexLvL CRM

Click on Automations

Once you set up your initial SMS sequence in the flow, go to logic field.

Grab the 'Wait for Reply' sequence.

You can choose your initial condition from here.

Then set your waiting time condition.

You can set as many branches or case for your condition here.

You can also set the message content, exact match or any inbound message match.

Make sure to hit save after adding your condition.

Now you can move on to your next sequence from these conditons you set.

You can add a follow up SMS or anything that suits your preferred sequence flow.
