Add Profile to KYC Monitoring

Note: This is only available on profiles created from Creditsafe Business Reports for eligible countries (see the user guide for the full list)

Click on Add to KYC Monitoring

The profile has been added to KYC Monitoring and will show the Monitored status

To stop receiving KYC Alerts for a profile, click Remove from KYC Monitoring

Confirm or cancel removing a Profile from KYC Monitoring in the modal

The profile has been removed from KYC Monitoring and will no longer show the Monitored status

Click on Open Alerts to manage open alerts for KYC Monitoring

Select KYC Alerts to review the open alerts for KYC Monitoring Note: KYC Monitoring is run daily

Review the changes; you may need to view the business report for full details

Make any required data updates to the profile before clicking Clear Alert

You can now add a profile to KYC Monitoring and manage new alerts.
