This is how you can correct an incorrect answer for your Chatbot.

Click on AI Chat Bot

You can also lick on the Chatbot's name that you want to train.

...or click on the pencil icon on the right hand side of the Chatbot name to train it.

Click on the Specific Data that you want to correct the incorrect answers. Just click the pencil icon to add the answer to the specific question.

Another way is to add a new training data that you want your bot to learn.

or you can also type the question that you want to be corrected from a previous closed conversation.

Now on the Answer section, this is where you will put the correct answer that you want your bot to learn.
