Let's add an expense for Insurance

After selecting the vehicle, click the Add button and select the Expense Task, Insurance. You can created unlimited Expense Tasks.

A softcopy of the Insurance document can be uploaded too.

Click Save after entering in all the details.

The main screen lists all the expenses which can be filtered for reporting.

Reports can be downloaded by clicking the Export PDF or Export CSV buttons.

If a Renewal reminder exists for the Expense entered, then it is reset whenever an Expense is entered.

Expense Tasks can be created, viewed and edited from the Expense Tasks screen

Expenses contribute to important KPIs like Total Cost of Ownership and Total Expenses which are shown on the Dashboard.

Expenses can be added by admins and drivers from the mobile app as well.

Monitoring expenses, along with fill-ups and services, helps you effectively manage and track your fleet's overall spending.
