This is how to set SMS notification for missed calls inside NexLvL CRM

SMS Transfer for Missed Calls

Click on Automations

Fill in the Information needed here

This is where to add the number you want the call to be transferred to

Aside from phone you cant also add variables here for blueprint purposes

Add hangup sequence connected to your transferred condition to stop the flow after call is transferred

If call is missed add SMS notification sequence in your flow. Connect it to the no answer condition.

Fill in all rest of the information you need to add here

For the phone you can send the SMS to your default phone number or use custom number

For custom number add your preferred number here
