Configure Bills with Ease

Access the Bill Setup menu within Smart360's Billing section

Navigate to Bill Setup

Here, you'll find an overview of existing components and options to add new ones by clicking on Add button

Select Bill Component

Input the necessary details into the form with relevant information.

Enter Component Details

Users to choose and customize bill components from the list, further personalize their billing components by customizing the names of associated fields.

Bill Component Structure

Receive confirmation that the bill component has been successfully added.

Click on the Bill Config sub-menu where you can create detailed bill configurations based on defined bill components.

Access Bill Config

Click on the 'Add' button to begin the creation of a new bill configuration.

Initiate Configuration Creation

Users can streamline by specifying utility services, categorize billing configs, and select and integrate predefined bill components
