Add Key Parties in Bulk

Click on Uploads in the KYC Protect Menu

Click on Upload File

Download our template to ensure your file is formatted correctly

Click on Download Template

The template will contain all available columns; review the user guide for a detailed explanation of each column

Populate Template

<ul><li>Set category as KeyParty</li><li>Add a profile identifier to link the Key Party; this can one of the profile_id, profile_name or internal_id</li></ul>

<ul><li>Set the entity_type (see User Guide for list of supported types)</li></ul>

Add Entity Type

<ul><li>This is the legal name and will be used for AML Screening</li><li>For individuals, a gender and date of birth can be added to improve screening results</li></ul>

Add Name and Other Key Details

<ul><li>Set the match % threshold (Accepted values are 75/80/85/90/95/100)</li><li>Include which datasets you want to screen (see User Guide for available categories)</li><li>These will be used for AML Screening and AML Monitoring</li></ul>

Set Match % Threshold and Datasets

<ul><li>Add profile to AML Screening; default is yes if no value provided</li><li>Add profile to AML Monitoring; default is no if no value is provided<ul><li>This can only be set to yes if add_to_aml_screening is also yes</li></ul></li></ul>

Set Decision to Screen and Monitor Profile

<ul><li>Add the Key Party type; accepted values are director / ubo / shareholder</li><li>Note: In the UI, Key Parties with a type of UBO will appear in a separate tab</li></ul>

<ul><li>You can add a Key Party to an existing profile</li><li>Add a profile identifier to link the Key Party; this can be the profile_id or internal_id</li></ul>

Once your template is complete, upload the file

Click on Select File

Once you have selected your file, click on Upload to start the batch process

Click on Upload

The Batch Process has Started

When the file has been uploaded successfully and no errors are found, the status will update to Completed

Key Parties added as part of the upload will now appear in the appropriate profile; if selected, AML Screening will also be executed
