Hello SMART360 Back Office User! Dive into Plan Forge to seamlessly create and manage utility plans and rates.

Designing Utility Plan / Rate

Begin by accessing the Plans and Rates menu in the Billing section.

Navigate to Plans and Rates

Select the Plans tab. Here, you'll find an overview of existing plans and options to add new ones by clicking on Add button

Choose Plans

This feature empowers to create a plan with multiple utility services, allowing for the flexible combination of various services.

Utility Services

Enter the relevant details for the new plan by selecting the details

Create Plan with multiple combinations

Simplify the categorization of utility plans with the ability to create categories.

Flexible Rate Structuring

Receive confirmation that the plan has been added successfully.

Plan Added Successfully

Now, switch to the Rates tab. This is where you manage the associated rates. Initiate the rate creation process by clicking on the 'Add' button.

Move to Rates

Enter the necessary details for the creation of rates

Create Rates

This allows to define and customize various rate types, effortlessly set the frequency of charges, and facilitating dynamic pricing strategies

Rate Features

Receive confirmation that the rates have been added successfully.
