Learn how to perform AML Screening on a Profile and manage any returned alerts.

AML Screen a Profile

On the profiles list, select the profile you would like to perform AML Screening on.

Navigate to Profile

On the profile, click AML Screen (also present in the Key Parties &amp; UBOs tabs)

Click on AML Screen

Choose which business names to screen, the match % threshold, AML categories / datasets and the category status

Configure AML Screening

Once you have chosen your AML Screen configuration, click on Screen

Click Screen

The AML Screen results will be returned and automatically displayed in the subtab.

Select a row to see the results; the number of Open Matches is also shown.

View Results

Review the details of the screening hit to assess whether it is related to the entity

You can add a note to document the decision made; this is optional.

Make sure to save your note once added

Once you have reviewed the details, make a match decision: True Match (tick) or False Positive (cross)

Once you are happy with the decision made and have added any relevant notes, click Save Decision.

Hits marked as False Positive, are removed from the profile (the decision is still retained in the Audit log).

You can download the results from the AML screening search into a PDF, before or after making a match decision.

Hits marked as True Match will show in the 'True Matches' tab under the relevant AML Screening search

Viewing True Matches

Navigate to the Key Parties tab to begin the AML Screening process of Key Parties.

Click AML Screen on the Key Parties tab to select your screening configuration.

Choose which Key Parties you would like to screen and click Next

Select the Key Parties

Choose the match % threshold, AML categories / datasets and the category status; you can also select pep tiers for individuals included

Review the results, make match decisions and add notes; this works in the same way as on the Business tab.

Review AML Screening Results

Navigate to the UBOs tab to begin the AML Screening process of UBOs.

Click AML Screen on the UBOs tab to select your screening configuration. You will then follow the same process as on the Business and Key Parties tabs.

Click on Open Alerts to view open alerts for all AML Screening searches on the profile.

Manage Alerts in Bulk

Review hits and save match decisions in a single list; the list contains open alerts for all AML Screening searches for the viewed profile.
