The Summary Report contains important information relating to the account which you are reviewing.

The Summary Report  The Summary Report contains important information relating to the account which you are reviewing. 

To generate the Trade Payment Report click the Trade Payment Report button.

Trade Payment Reports  To generate the Trade Payment Report click the Trade Payment Report button. 

This report includes limited Creditsafe data elements, but mainly focusses on experiences reported by other members of the group. It includes:<ul><li>Debtor summary information</li><li>User and group details</li><li>Recent trade experiences</li><li>Balance outstanding graph (running 12-month view)</li><li>Days beyond terms graph (running 12-month view)</li><li>Credit score graph (monthly value)</li><li>Trend summary (monthly value)</li><li>Payment history including those beyond terms (quarterly comparison)</li><li>Experience summary (values from our history tab)</li></ul>

Basic Trade Payment Reports

Basic Trade Payment Reports  This report includes limited Creditsafe data elements, but mainly focusses on experiences reported by other members of the group. It includes: Debtor summary information User and group details Recent trade experiences Balance outstanding graph (running 12-month view) Days beyond terms graph (running 12-month view) Credit score graph (monthly value) Trend summary (monthly value) Payment history including those beyond terms (quarterly comparison) Experience summary (values from our history tab) 

Open the report dropdown and then choose either Basic Trade Payment Report or Full Trade Report.

Click on Submit

Click through the pop-up message. It will take a few seconds for the report to generate. Once created it will appear in the Audit Log area at the bottom of the page.

Report Generation

Click Download to generate the report, once available you can access it in the Downloads folder on your local device.

The report is saved to your device and can now be opened and reviewed.

Full Trade Report

Full Trade Report  Blends Creditsafe data and trade payment experiences from members of the group. It includes: Debtor summary information&nbsp; User and group details Creditsafe Local &amp; International Scores&nbsp; Alerts&nbsp;Information Previous Debtor Address Listing Recent trade experiences&nbsp; Balance outstanding graph (running 12-month view) Days beyond terms graph&nbsp;(running 12-month view) Credit score graph&nbsp;(monthly value) Trend summary (monthly value) 25 Month History breakdown of submissions&nbsp; 

Open the report dropdown and then choose the Full Trade Report.

There is an additional charge for accessing a Full Trade Report, click through the warning messages if you are happy to continue.
