The Trips module lets the drivers log trips from their mobile app.

Drivers can add trips from the mobile app.

Add Trips from Mobile App

The departure time and location are pre-populated by the mobile app. The driver needs to enter the mileage and click Start Trip.

Drivers can add any Fill-ups, Expenses or Income incurred on the trip.

When the trip is complete, the driver needs to stop the trip

On completing the trip, the system detects the time, location, distance and avg. speed of the trip.

Admins and managers can view trips on the Trips screen.
