How to run KYC Decisions in Check &amp; Decide

KYC Decisions

Hey, it's SmartCue! 👋 Let me give you a quick tour of the platform.

Click on Credit & Risk

Click on Check & Decide

Click on Run Decision

Use the Search field to find the company

Click on Search

Click on the company you want to run the decision against

You will see an overview of the company profile here

Click on the drop down box to select the Decision Model you would like to use

This may be named differently depending on your individual configuration

Select your Compliance Model Configuration

You can then begin to set your decision parameters

Once you select your Decision Model the decision criteria will automatically show

represents the confidence or relevancy score based on your search criteria. If you have a lower match % you may generate more results back. The higher the match %, the stronger the alignment is to your search

Select your Match % for your Business, Directors and Shareholders

CHECK - WILL THEY ONLY CREATE PROFILES FOR NEW COMPANIES?

You can select whether you want this Decision to generate a KYC Profile for the company

Click on Request Decision

You will see a loading screen whilst the decision is processing

Your decision outcome will be presented

You will get an overview of the alert types, along with the percentage match of the alert

Please note: You will only see alerts for the categories that you have set as enabled in your configuration

The Alerts count is the total number of alerts against the company

Again, you will only get results back if these have been enabled in your model configuration
