You can select any of your list of buildings - each one can have different ownership structures.

Select the Building

Click on "Add an Individual" to tell us about a personal owner, or the director or &gt;25% shareholder of a corporate owner.

Add an Individual

Enter all of the required details, then click "Submit".

Enter the Details

You'll be asked to upload a proof of ID (a passport or photo driving licence) and a proof of address (a bank statement, utility bill or tax bill dated within the last 3 months).

Upload documents

You can repeat that process for each owner of the building. We'll do our compliance checks and get back to you if we need any more information.
