Hello SMART360 Back Office User! Easily keep track of all your items by maintaining a centralized inventory.

Access the Inventory menu in Asset section to manage and keep records of items.

This is the central location for managing all inventory-related activities.

Navigate to the Inventory tab . Here, you can initiate the process of adding new items to the inventory by clicking on "Add" button.

User can add the Inventory details by using Photo Placeholders.

Within the view section, explore the inventory details, any associated notes, and the activity log.

This provides a comprehensive overview of the item, its history, and any relevant notes or changes made over time.

Now, navigate to the "Issue" feature which ensures accountability by recording products issued to specific individuals from a store.

Enabling direct product returns to vendors. Ensures timely resolution of product issues.

The "Transfer" feature optimizes inter-store transfers, facilitates seamless transfers between stores.

Efficiently manage expired or damaged products. This ensures proper documentation and disposal procedures.
