Hey, it's Kelly! 👋  Here's how to invite a new user to a client company. 

As an Enterprise level user, when you login you'll land on the "Switch Company / Module" page. From here you can move between FIAB's Healthcare and Retirement modules.

Your "start" page...  As an Enterprise level user, when you login you'll land on the "Switch Company / Module" page. From here you can move between FIAB's Healthcare and Retirement modules. 

The Healthcare tab is highlighted because it's selected. Click the Retirement tab to access your retirement clients.

Choose a module

Your client companies are listed here.

Client list

Client list  Your client companies are listed here. 

Find the client company you'd like to invite a user to, and click "Switch" to switch into that company.

Switch to the Employer Interface

Switch to the Employer Interface  Find the client company you'd like to invite a user to, and click "Switch" to switch into that company. 

You've switched into the Employer Interface for CLIENT COMPANY #1. Click the "click here" link to get back to your Enterprise Dashboard.

Open the Navigation Menu (three horizontal lines) and click "Manage Users."

To invite users...

To invite users...  Open the Navigation Menu (three horizontal lines) and click "Manage Users." 

Click "Invite Employer User"

Enter the user's name and email address

Auditors have read-only access. Team Members have read-write access. Employer Admins have read-write access AND can invite additional users.

And select the user's Role

Send the invitation!

You'll see the pending invitation here.

To edit or resend the invitation...

To edit or resend the invitation...  Click on Manage Users. 

Click "Edit" to change the name or email address, "Copy Link" to grab the invitation link so you can send a manual email, or "Resend Invite" to automatically send a new invitation email.

Find the invitation, then...
