Our IDV+ platform process takes yourselves less than a minute to send the invite in which your client completes a secure, quick and easy process to upload everything you require to your portal to be verified by Credas technology. &nbsp;

HOW TO SEND THE INVITE 

Click on Add new

All you will ever need to send the invite is First name, Surname and some sort of contact info (Email or SMS).

Input customer details

International- Identity/ International screening. We can also request the end user for a Supporting Document E.G Utility bill, Council tax bill etc..

Select Journey needed 

Here you can choose your contact preference (Email, SMS, Both or complete in person)

Create Invite 

The individual will receive an email or SMS as below . All of the end user journey can also be branded to be white labeled to look like your own company!

Invite 

Individuals will be requested to provide their personal details.

Personal details 

The individual will then be requested to upload a form of ID. The IDV+ technology can verify over 4,000 types of ID worldwide!

Uploading documents 

We always recommend using your passport as it allows us to verify the NFC chip data.

Scan the NFC chip 

Used a little like apple pay- This then pulls through all the data from the NFC chip and verifies the authenticity of the passport providing even more security!

Reading the data 

This analyses over 32 point of the face to confirm that the individual is present and not being fraudulent by taking an image of an image. This also cross references that the person on the ID is also the person in the selfie.

The IDV+ platform currently has a 97% pass rate in which everything is automatically verified by the technology saving you hours of human recourse!

Liveness

Here you can analyse the uploaded ID document which has been verified as authentic as well as results showing that the individual in the selfie has also been matched to the individual on the ID and that the name on the passport matches the name uploaded to the personal details.

We offer FREE ongoing monitoring on all individuals within your portal - If a pep or sanction was ever matched you would then receive an email notification.
