Hello Smart360 Back Office User! Seamlessly add new quotations, and associate them with specific vendor profiles.

Access the Purchase menu in Smart360's Asset section to manage quotations of vendors

Select the Quotation feature. This is where you can add and manage quotations from vendors.

Click on the "Add" button to initiate the creation of a new quotation.

The Quotation feature in Smart360 allows for the association of vendor names with quotations and reflects in vendor profile.

Adding quantity details ensures precision in assessing vendor proposals against the requested quantities.
